I’ve been thinking a lot about self-improvement lately, and one simple question keeps coming to mind: "What good deeds have I done today?" It’s such a small thing to ask yourself, but it can really shift your mindset over time.
Some days, it might be something big—helping a friend through a tough time or volunteering. Other days, it’s the little things—holding the door for someone, giving a genuine compliment, or just listening when someone needed to vent. The point isn’t to judge ourselves but to stay mindful and intentional about spreading kindness.
So, I’m curious—what good did you do today? Or what’s one small act of kindness you’ve appreciated recently? Let’s share and inspire each other!
(And if today was a rough day and you feel like you didn’t do much, that’s okay too. Maybe this is your reminder that tomorrow’s a fresh start.
)
Looking forward to hearing your stories!
