There are organizations that offer their staff very huge salaries. They even tend to overpay their staff. Some even might end up paying double the industry standard payment for such staff. For some businesses like that, money is not a problem as they have huge revenue.

As far as l am concerned, l can say that when you pay staffs good salaries they tend to be motivated and work more harder for that matter.
