Thank you for your kind words. Yes, she has got a scholarship and her tuition fee is waived off to 75 percent, we need to pay 25 percent. And we have to pay for other expenses that are not covered in the scholarship. These are some extra things that the college provides from it's own side and the government run University has no say in it.
Devin has made a post about the same..he has seeked sincere apology for the same. It says that the new owner had a pre planned travel plan with his wife. Devin was asked to do the payment thing, but it seems that he got too caught with the offline obligations and things got delayed. Also the recent hurricane there has to be blamed for this delay. Both Devin and Ford are professional and I am sure that things will go back to track soon. Such things keep happening. We have to be patient.
This was last May post hehe. It's already explained by Devin. Let's hope that there will be lots of fun this month the first year anniversary of Discussion Bucks. Kudos all.

I already received my payment early morning this day. I understood the cause. I was only worried because it never happened in the past. It's okay for me,no more worries.
