Did not receive Litecoin for Zero/LTC swap transaction

I wanted to exchange some zero crypto for litecoin at zerochain.info, so I sent the amount to the address specified. Though my wallet was debited for the amount sent, I have not received the litecoin at my address. The website is showing the transaction number on zerochain, yet when I want to find out the litecoin transaction details, I am getting error message
LTC Blockchain broadcast error
Unable to broadcast transaction
Does anyone know how to get the Litecoin from the recipient or at least a refund of the zero currency which was sent?

I have never found myself on that kind of scenerio. However l always do swap coins of the desired type.

Have you tested your litecoin address on other explorer as in litecoinspace.org, blockchair.com/litecoin etc. Or you can check on the Zerochain wallet.
Tracing Zerochain.info on Trust Pilot only get a rating of 3.6, so indicating this site is less trustworthy and the possibility of scam.

I think that it is a scam already and you may not be able to recover your crypto. If it isn't listed in blockchain history, that's the likely scenario.

That's why l would constantly remain with the using of the the most well known exchanges for that matter.
