Did your business ever close down for some time?

Yes, my dropshipping business actuallt had to pause for a while. There was a period when suppliers were too unreliable. It was hurting my reputation and customers trust so i decided to temporarily shut things down rather than keep disappointing people.

I closed my business when there is violent protest in my city. Though, not only my business shut down. Every business was closed because of the unrest. The second time my business closed down is through curfew. Social unrest in my region is making business very difficult.

I had just started with content creation. And right now, I am in a pause to get some equipment that I might need.

Closing down business for some time in my country has become a very normal thing. That is because there is constant demonstrations by generation Z protesting against bad governance almost every month here. The latest protests took place on 7th July 2025, dabbed Saba Saba protests.

No, I have not experienced it. My offline business is two years old and my online business 9 months old. I always monitor my business and always do strategic planning to avoid losing. It's not easy to start my business, so must protect it from failure.
