We know that elderly people have experience that could help your business if they constitute a major part of your staff strength. But what are the particular disadvantages of having majorly older people working for you?

Older people do have the experience and maturity to scale through pressure and difficulties in working space. The two disadvantages of engaging older people in work is they may not be available all the time because of family and health issues.

Honestly, older staff bring experience, but relying mostly on them can slow down things. Sometimes they resist new tech or methods, and adapting to fast-changing work styles can be tricky. Energy levels and long-term availability might also be factors. It’s a balance, you want their wisdom but also fresh ideas and flexibility from younger team members
