One of the disadvantage of online store is that there is possibility of scam and selling of fake products. Most times, the buyer use to receive low quality of product or different type of product. Sometimes! This kind of problem is difficult to rectify because of distance and cost of returning the product.

(1) No physical presence
(2) You're at the mercy of whoever does your shipping

Yes, you can't have physical contact with the sellers. So you might even get easily scammed in the process
