One of the advantage that people always opine that business people have is control over their time. That's one drawback that they say paid employment doesn't give. Do business people really have their time in the real sense?
As a business owner and employee, I often feel that I have too little time for personal matters, but I always try to use my time effectively and efficiently.
Business people often feel time constraints almost no free time. they may strive for more time and work-life balance, because of the demands of business.
I own my business and I work from 8 am to 5 am. That invariably means that I don't have much time for myself. Business people lack time even more than employees.
The thing is that business people get to manage their time how they like it. They work more because they choose to work. They have an option of not working unlike employees who don't even have such an option.
