Do customers appreciate if their order is completed before the due date agreed?

I was able to finish the order of a customer early enough before the agreed due date. I delivered to her and she said I should have waited to the due date before I made delivery.

Is it that an order completed before due date is out of place for some customers?

Of course this is what every customer wants. They wants their orders delivered on or before time. They would appreciate that

It really depends on the types of the customers that one deals with. There are some that would still lament about early delivery especially when the means of payment is cash with delivery type.

It all depend on individuality of the customer. Some customers will even insult you on top. In business, we have different types of people and it takes patience and understanding to manage some customers

I have had a customer that told me she doesn't want her order before due date because she has plans for it. You have to get that detail from the customer.
