They always say that building systems and structures allows the business to run by itself even if the business owner is not around. Why do I need to supervise business processes when I have already built systems and structures?

Do I need to supervise business processes when I have systems and structures?

If you want to be in control of your business, you have to keep on with supervision regardless of whether your systems and structures are manned by humans or machines.

Yes having a structure does not stop you from monitoring your business while you are around. This way you can be in control of things.
You still needs to see to things it would help you to keep things going just the way it should be
Even with a solid structure for your business, you really have to make out time to supervise the business. Not negotiable.
