I used to be a people-pleaser when I was younger. I felt the need to please everyone around me and be liked constantly. I read somewhere that being a people-pleaser is often linked to how you were raised, and I could not agree more. When I moved out of my parents' house, I consciously decided to stop being a people-pleaser. Now, I prioritize my well-being. Living alone has brought me more peace and freedom from constant worry. Are you a people-pleaser?
