Let's say one posts his or her contents on a private group like a dedicated WhatsApp group or another smaller group in another platform.

Do you think that the content would get the attention of people more in a private group than a public feed like Social media stories?

Public feeds offer volume but also a lot of competition for attention. For engagement and meaningful responses, smaller, focused groups often outperform wide public exposure.
