Unfortunately the marketing venture doesn't work without telling lies. This is quite the crisis for the business as a whole thing.

The people who sell things online mostly have to lie about their product/service to earn or to make customers. No doubt they will offer everything free/low price and once you actually buy their products/services they will tell you the higher price.

This is the bait and switch in business. They would say what would entice the buyer but fail to deliver same

That's right the headlines are always misleading. They are always looking for wsys to make money so they lie a lot.
