Do the workers on your business really happy?

Most staffs in the respective workplaces are not happy with the work for sure. This is because of the low payments on the salaries and bonuses. The tough working terms too is another reason.

My business is to pay them well and on time. It is not my responsibility to make them happy. Happiness is personal thing and depends on person's perspective of life. If a worker decides to be happy, he will be happy. If he decides to be moody and unhappy, that's his business.

Lol at spouses make them unhappy but yea, some people can have good jobs but still unhappy at other things happening in their lives. We can't possibly help them happy in all areas.
