I think that the online businesses is such a simple business to operate and that it doesn't include those complicated business operating procedures like the auditing. Stock taking among others. What do you have to say?

Yes online businesses still carry out auditing through various ways same way the traditional businesses carry out theirs .

That depends on the scale of the online businesses. For larger online retailers, they still need to do auditing just like physical businesses do.
