Do you always give tip to the service provider?

I rarely give a tip unless I like the service. I have seen people who unnecessarily tip people even when the service is not worth it. I hate such people because they motivate people by asking for a tip even though they don't serve their customers well.

No I don't always give tips this is because I don't want them to get used to it. They could be a day I don't have or am simply not in the mood to do so.

I give a tip if I am satisfied with the person's service if not, no. The person surely understands why because he can assess his work as satisfactory or not.
