Leadership qualities comes naturally tocsome people. I strongly believe that leaders are born not made. But on second thought, you will equally agree that some people can learn virtually anything. What is your thought on this?

I believe both made and born, One can acquire skills for becoming a good leader but born a leader is the person's destination.
