Yes giving gifts to customers is a great way to show you appreciate them and can also help in retaining some.
Sure, that's the way to go. if you know customers that are loyal you can give them gifts for them.to always return to buy
Giveaways always attract customers to your business for sure. But it can't keep customers in the business.

Giving gifts to loyal customers to reward their loyalty and also to first time customers is a good strategy
I don't give gifts to attract customers. Else you would have to maintain them with gifts also. I give gifts as appreciation to customers.
It is a good marketing strategy which i believe can help attract many customers but it should not be used in place of quality.
Businesses are not charity organizations. It is noteworthy to know that you tat every gift given out is an additional cost to the business.
