When I am traveling for leisure, I will stop working. I want to unplug completely from work and enjoy the vacation.
I like to travel but I only focus on then I do not want to work when I travel I just want to relax
When l am travelling l will be in the position to work online and earn something while traveling.
This year, I am spending a lot of time and money travelling to various places mainly for personal reasons, and if I do not do any work, I will be making losses, though it is difficult to work without proper hardware.

I do not spend many hours working when I am traveling, however, I do work on important assignments.
If there is a need, I grab my laptop to check emails, if no important email, I immediately put it away. Since it is a travel or vacation for me, I won't take much time to check work emails.

I stop working when I am on tour. But the tour is only some weeks and after that, I have to go back to work.
I don't go on tour. I remember 2 months ago when I visit my father in my hometown, I have my office laptop with me. I stayed in the province for 4 days, 2 days were my off and 2 days work from the province.

That is so tiring. I hope it can be adjusted by the management considering your location.
It's part of our contract. I was a contractual worker with them for 9 years. And since 2020, we were fortunate to keep our work and had that opportunity to work from home 5 days a week. But now since I am a full time employee, we are required to work in the office because of the hybrid set up.

At least you're not anymore a contractual employee. Being a regular full time feels the security. Just spend your money wisely. Invest if possible.
I was a regular employee handling the company who hired me in March 2024. But the client called us contractual worker because we don't work with them directly. We were from the Call Center company. Now since they hired us, we work directly with them.
Yes I try to work to enjoy my trips. I have turned my work into a hobby so I do it daily without feeling bad.

That's good you're no longer under a one company contract because part of your salary goes to them. Now that you're independent, your salary is higher. I'm so sure of that.

Even when I am on vacation, there are still occasions when I need to work, and that is okay with me. I enjoy staying productive even while on vacation.
I like to travel, but I only focus on relaxing. I don't want to work when I travel; I just want to unwind.
That's the way to go. you can still make yourself productive even onna vacation. it is just that the work will be minimal
