Do you do budget for your business at the beginning of the business year?

Every business is supposed to have a business year from which it takes account and runs assessments. And for most businesses, they prepare a budget for the beginning of a business year to show how it is expected to generate funds and spend same.

Do you do yearly budget for your business?

For now I don't, with time though I plan on creating a better budget for my business from time to time.

I normally plan enough budget for my business every year and also know how managed up my budget for my business.

Every business that wants to succeed must sit down and have a budget not just yearly but also monthly. But unfortunately, most small businesses don't do that.
