Do you give a mid - year bonus to your staff?

May I know if you give a mid-year bonus to your staff? Apart from Christmas bonus are your staff also entitled to receive a mid - year bonus?It might be yes or no answer from you. In my case I give my two staff a mid - year bonus not big unlike during Christmas. I only have two staff so I can afford to give them a Christmas bonus worth $100. Without them and their loyalty, I cannot be able to manage my offline business.

Mid year bonus to staff is very good. you just have to keep giving them bonuses to help keep them to continue working with you

That depends on the company's policy. Here, most companies pay year-end bonus during Chinese New Year.

It also depends on the profitability of the business. It it has always has good sales daily, most probably, the employees can receive an incentive to inspire and motivate them to work harder.

To give more boost like moral boost to the staff you need to give them incentive it would help alot.
