Do you hate Barney?

I recently saw the Barney documentary, well, more about the hatred of Barney and my question is, do you hate Barney? Why? When I was 5 I watched it until I was 7 and I loved it, I watched Barney marathons, but I never hated it when I was older and now I have fond memories, so what do you think is the reason for this hatred of Barney? Isn't it pathetic that adults hate a children's character?

I didn't hate Barney, but I wasn't really a fan either. Hehe. When I was younger, I liked other characters more. However, my nephew was a big fan of Barney as a kid, so I even bought him a small Barney stuffed toy.
