I suppose we all have one bad habit that we can't seem to break. I have certain bad habits that I am not proud of, such as procrastination, negative self-talk, overeating (especially when stressed), and skipping workouts. I became lazy when I found out about my dad's health condition. I hope I can eradicate those bad habits in the future because they won't do me good. How about you?
