Is your business capable of hiring a layer as a protector of your business? Your lawyer may not be all the time sitting in your business office. You can only call him if there is a controversy or an issue that only a lawyer can solve. In my small milk tea business, I already spoke with a lawyer and the lawyer told me about his appearance fee which is also high but reasonable. What is important is there is someone credible and skilled to be called when a problem arises like customer's refusal to pay his debts .
