Do you invest in foreign stocks?

I am relatively new to stock investments, and I am wondering if you have any experience with foreign stocks. If so, how was your experience with it? I am interested in giving it a try, but I would love to hear from someone who has experience with it to know their insights. Do you think it is better than the local stocks?

I have not into it and it's never on my mind to invest foreign stocks. Scams are lurking around plus it's virtual. It's better to originate your investnegr on stocks in Philippine territory.
 
I have heard when some people talk about stock investments, and they say that they are more safe than other investments, but it takes a long time to get a profit from them, and personally, I prefer the local stocks because you will know the stock and you will know the history of the company that you want to buy.

I understand that scams are rampant and can be quite alarming. Honestly, I am hesitant to give it a try since it is my first time hearing about Filipinos investing in foreign stocks.

I understand your perspective, and I agree that it is more convenient to keep an eye on local stocks. In doing so, you can also gather the historical data and background information of the companies you are interested in investing in. In this manner, you can make more well-informed decisions and avoid unnecessary risks.

I think it is necessary to give priority to foreign stocks, because they are still more stable. First of all, these are American companies that have been working for a long time and they have proven their reliability, which I could not say about the stocks of my own country

Yes, you are right. That is what I heard, too. Some prefer to invest in foreign stocks since they are more stable. Have you given it a try?
