Do you involve family members in saving goals?

Many people like to involve their family when they are setting savings goals. They talk together about priorities, like saving for emergencies or making improvements to their home. When everyone participates, it helps keep everyone on track, and they can enjoy celebrating their achievements as a team. Do you do the same?

I and my two sisters living with me have our savings. We save individually. My sister is a bank teller, she saves part of her salary in the bank where she works. Also, my other sister, she saves in the bank where she receives the allotment from her seaman husband. We have different banks.

When it comes to saving goals, i don't involve my family, i do it on my own. If they decide to join in, then that's their own choice.

Usually doing this only the couples. The children usually have their independent bank account. At home we save in the bank separately. It's our choice and prerogative.

For me l think that it's not advisable for one to involve their families in making saving goals for that matter. Reason being that money can be spent on other needs apart from the intended goals.

Savings involving others may complicate the matter. I prefer to set my own saving goal and save based on my own earnings.

Whether we involve our families or not in saving, it does not matter as long as we save money whenever we can. In my case, I prefer to save alone since it is more peaceful that way.
