i do especially the receipts and invoices that I believe might be needed for future use or purpose. it is good to have them handy.

To be honest I don't, only the ones I do with my bank app cause there is always a receipt I can make use of.
We always have a bank statement where the record of the transactions is saved. Whatever cash is spent, I keep record of any big transaction.

Yes, sometimes. However, I usually do most of my transactions online. It is more convenient than going to the bank, especially these days. The scorching hot weather makes me want to stay in my house all day.
l am a very accountable person for sure. l would save all of my online transactions that l undergo. That's the only way for keeping track of your spending.
I normally don't formally keep records of my financial transactions. But I try to understand all my expenses everyday before bed time.
That's the reason I always love to make payments through digital wallets and electronic banking. They keep the records of my daily expenses there safe.
I just check my bank mobile app since I pay most stuff with card. For few stuff I pay with cash I have money in wallet and remember it.
Credit card and online payments are easy to track, but for offline payment it is better to keep offline records for privacy reasons. These are required for budgeting and tax purposes.
