So I was supposed to help a friend run recruitment for his business. We picked the right staff based on the interview. Everything was agreed and the staff had to see the equipment the organization had. The staff turned down the employment offer because the organization didn't have high end equipment. He said his level of professionalism is too high for him to work with average equipment.

Truth be told. The guy is a top pro. And he turned down the job offer when when the pay was okay. The reason being average equipment.
