Do you like tipping the workers on the service industries?

Most people do like the idea of tipping the workers in restaurants, supermarkets, among other service industry related shopping places. Do you like tipping?

When dining out, I am happy to tip for excellent service. On the other hand, if the service is not A-OK and the staff is impolite, I do not feel compelled to leave a tip. Also, if the restaurant has already added a substantial service charge, I believe it is not necessary to tip unless you have extra money to spare.

I feel very happy when I seen the spark from the eyes of a staff of an organisation when I can afford to give them tip. That gratefulness is always sincere especially from those lower staff like security, and waiters.

For me I don't like it nor do I hate it. Whenever I have I do tip, but I don't like making it an habit though.

That is correct. The feeling is unexplainable when you see them happy for the tip you gave them.

I do tip servers at restaurants but not workers in shops or supermarkets.

So long as the tips are made inclusively on the bills by the term service charge, l am very unwillingly to pay the service tips to the restaurant workers for instance.

I only tip when I feel like the person did a really good job at providing service, otherwise I don't tip.
