Many people actually trek to work, school, market or workplace. I usually trek a few mitre to school and to be sincere I don't always enjoy it. I usually feel tired and weak when reaching my destination, even though it's part of exercise it's always cause pain to my toes and because of the tiredness I might fell asleep in the classroom.
