Do you limit your screen time?

I usually limit my screen time each day because I experience eye strain and headaches when I use my phone or laptop for a long time. I guess I’m just getting older! Hehe. Do you limit your screen time as well?

I have also noticed this as well. When i spend too much time on my screen due to work, the whole screen begins to get blurry.

I already have a less screen time because of my regular job so I haven't limited it.
