Do you limit your screen time?

I usually limit my screen time each day because I experience eye strain and headaches when I use my phone or laptop for a long time. I guess I’m just getting older! Hehe. Do you limit your screen time as well?

I have also noticed this as well. When i spend too much time on my screen due to work, the whole screen begins to get blurry.

I am trying to be more intentional about limiting my screen time. That's why I try to hang out with friends more lately.

That's good..socialising with people always reduce your screen time.

I only spend one hour in the morning, one hour in the afternoon due to my work, and two hours in the evening with my mobile phone to do activities like posting and reading news, and watching Chinese drama

Spending a long time in front of a computer or smartphone can cause headaches and eye strain. It's helpful to spend some time outdoors at times to protect our mental health.

Thankfully, my head does not ache and my eyes are okay. I am using a screen filter and internet eyeglasses to protect my eyes.

I prefer to read newspapers instead of reading news online to reduce my screentime. I also do a lot of work and keep my records offline for better security.

There are periods that I just can't help but to stay online for a long period of time. I try to consciously reduce my screen time as much as possible.
