Do you manage small repairs for your devices by yourself?

There are some repairs on the phones that are very simply to make like the replacing of charging port, mouth and ear piece, the speaker among others. So do you do all these for your own or do you pay the specialist for the services?

To be honest i protect my phone by all coast so that i don't have to pay for repair, ita better that way, but changing the charging port is bit harder for me to repair it.

I am not an expert in the field of devices, whether smartphones or laptops, even though I can open the device, I will never know where the damage is, so it is better to pay a device repairman.

I handle my phone with extra care and I don't dare open it to see how the panel is set. My phone is highly expensive and is my online business tool. Once, i develop fault, i go straight to the repair man. I don't have money to buy new phone now.
