One of the costs that business people have to face is getting to pay rents for the business premises. How does a business get to strategize and pay the rent every year regardless of if sales are good or not.

How do you meet up paying rents for the business premises?

I believe that the entrepreneur must have an exclusive cash register to pay the establishment's bills, all of his services or products must have an increased value so that in a few sales he can make a profit for any payment whatsoever. If the business owner does not have this vision, unfortunately his business will fail.

At the moment I am currently working from home. I honestly don't think I would be able to keep up so for now I would rather work from home.
You are lucky that you are part of the remote work gang. That has eliminated high costs of rental if office space for you.

I don't own a business, but I understand how difficult it is to manage your funds when you have to pay rent for the business premises. I have met many people who take business offices on rent, and it becomes difficult for them to pay the rent once the business doesn't do well.

I'm renting a space in the mall and paid good for one year rent. I was required to pay 6 months in advance but I made it one year. I only have two staff for my milk tea business. I availed free aircon, lights, water and comfort room.
