In running my business I rent business premises in an office building, which must be paid for every month, I also get electricity and water. To meet up paying rent and paying employee salaries of course from sales, so profits are very slim.

You are lucky that you are part of the remote work gang. That has eliminated high costs of rental if office space for you.

The main problem in my city which is associated with business is the rent of business premises. My small general store shop has it very high rent. Due to this rent and peak level electricity bill mostly I think to close my business.

I'm renting a space in the mall and paid good for one year rent. I was required to pay 6 months in advance but I made it one year. I only have two staff for my milk tea business. I availed free aircon, lights, water and comfort room.
