Do you pay your staff?

Once you get someone employed there is a great need for you to pay all your staff accordly because you will expect a service from them but I can tell you I only pay two of my staff this month due to financial issues hoping to settle them all soon

All these people didn't read the post before commenting. The post was talking about staff of a site.

Well, I am a paid staff here and I am not paid. But I have been placed on a special incentive program that is meant for just staff.

Your observation is absolutely right. Most people comment without reading meaning to the post.

I don't have even a site that needs a staff. Though, it is in my plan to have a forum like this one in future. All my sites are blogs i manage by myself.

am paying my staff right now I have four of them but I managed to pay 2 last month I will really pay all for the safety of my business

Of course it's mandatory to pay our staff. We'll be charged with employee abuse if we won't pay them.

I do not have any staff at the moment but i believe it is very cruel to not pay one's staffs.
