Do you prefer shopping “little and often or “big and less often"?

For me, I prefer shopping little and often, as I can buy what I need and when I need it, making shopping less stressful and easier too, as I don't have that long shopping list of what to buy and also manageable as well. Also, with this way of doing shopping, I can be able to keep ingredients fresh and lessen food waste, as I will only purchase what I'll actually use. Lastly, it's fun to shop regularly, and it'll give me chances to try new products and stay flexible with the preparation of meals.

I prefer to shop a little but often. It is not easy to carry heavy bags. But there are times, that I shop in bulk though seldom . That is an important time and I need an assistant to help me carry heavy things.It happens only during Christmas and fiesta. There are many sales he he.
