Do you really look at the laptop's generation before making a purchase?

For me when l want to buy a laptop there are some important features like the storage, processor, screen size, make and model as well as the operating system. However l am not interested in the generation of the laptop. What is your take on that,iu uy

The features that you have mentioned are the key important things to keep in mind when purchasing a laptop. I have not purchased any laptop in the last seven years. My laptop is working well and serving me well. My husband has purchased 2 laptops in recent times, one for my daughter and one for himself. I am not such tech savvy. My purchase choices involve my husband, who will get into every minute details before purchase. I assume that he does check for generation too as he is very particular about everything.

I always check the features and specifications of a laptop before buying it, as I depend on my laptop for work. Before, I bought a laptop with low specifications because it was affordable, but I ended up selling it later on.
