Payoneer is an alternative to Paypal and is used by some companies for making payment. Does anyone on this forum use Payoneer and if yes, which are the website which pay vendors using Payoneer?

Honestly and truly speaking the answer is No, although I have Payoneer account very old, but due to some unknown reason still I didn't taken any single payment in it.

I heard running this account in my country is pretty expensive, so since then I stopped using it. Have not used it once though.

Yes, when I used Payoneer I received a few payments, but I no longer use it because almost no online site uses Payoneer as a payment method. I don't know why.
I just hear about this payment processor. It is available in my country but I don't use it because it is not widely used. Besides, crypto is still working for me.
I'm in the very same situation. Many years ago I had opened a Payoneer account as an alternative to Paypal, but I never used it. Withdrawals to bank account weren't that easy in my country as Paypal's. In addition, none of my online tasks uses Payoneer.
I had opened the account to be getting money as an Amazon affiliate but never got to use it.
Payoneer is charging a fee of more than $25 for receiving payment annually, so it is not the preferred method for receiving payment for many of the online workers and investors.

I do not currently have a Payoneer account and have never tried to receive payments through it. My preferred method for receiving payments is through PayPal.
I am not even registered to the Payoneer online programs to be receiving payments .
I don't ever think a lot of people are even on the platform now. I hardly even hear about it frequently
