In most circumstances we are really unable to live without taking loans because nowadays the expenses seem to be very high with low income to that makes most people getting overwhelmed for the whole thing.
Do you recommend one to supplement the income with taking out short term loans?

I dislike taking loans because I do not want to get into debt. But if a person really needs money for emergency use, s(he) may have no choice but to take a loan.
I never recommend or encourage anyone to take out short-term loans to increase their income, because I cannot measure someone's ability/skill in managing a business or trading.
Well, if you have the ability to pay back why not go ahead to take the loan but if not resist the urge

Instead of taking loans, I think it would be better to find other sources of income out there no matter how small.
When you take loans to supplement your income, you would never be able to stabilize your income. Talk more of growing such income.
