It is essential to provide the staff with a time log to monitor their ins and outs in the business center. Though not all are doing this especially the small business but you can require the staff to log book in case a bundy clock is expensive. For a big company even in the private universities and colleges are doing this but with the use of a log book or bundy clock but a Face Recognition. In my small milk tea business in the mall, I require by staff to log in and out. What about you?

Some workers do undertime without knowledge of the management, having a bundy clock to log means a lot. Those always coming late will have salary deduction. Punctuality is a must to avoid a penalty.

The thing is that most staff always abuse the time log if proper monitoring is not done to ensure it works right.

It is so true that if the business or company uses only a log book some employees might abuse by writing the wrong entry time despite late but it could be monitored through the time sequence the employee logs.
