Yes, if you have to use paid tools they are very costly, but the fact is there are a lot of free tools that are as good as paid tools

I think that the web is full of free tools that webmasters with limited capital can use and produce results. However the paid tools work best for that matter.
I do my own seo, so I don’t need to pay anyone to do it. I’ve been doing my own since I was 14.

You are right. SEO and other traffic tools tend to be costly and not all webmasters can afford it.
You don’t have to use tools, so they’re not exactly costly unless you decide to pay for them.
I don't use any paid SEO tools, I only use the free SEO tools provided by Google.
