Do you shop online?

I've been doing my shopping online since the pandemic began. It is far safer than going to physical stores. Furthermore, it is more convenient and less expensive. I don't have to leave the house to take public transportation and eat at a restaurant. Haha. I occasionally get hungry while shopping for groceries or other necessities. In addition, I get free shipping coupons! Do you enjoy shopping online? Why is this so?

I have tried to shop online some times, and yeah it is easy and good, but the thing is that most of the times i don't get what I ordered, and some times those online shops show you different things and when you purchase, they send you very low quality things.

I also only bought online during the pandemic, but now I'm fed up with it because I can't understand the quality of the product through the photo and I prefer to touch it in the store
