Do you sincerely have the system to manage a million dollar now?

To be sincere, I don't think I would be able to manage a million dollar now. I don't have plans for that level just yet.

Even though there is a hope of getting huge money unless you win the lottery, and during my time studying management in college, I have never heard of any levels in financial management, except for financial management in positions in companies or organizations.
