Do you smile when you attend to your customers?

I see some business people that are uptight. They are all about the transactions. They don't smile or make small jokes with their customers. That's bad for business. It would drive customers away. Do you smile and make small jokes with your customers?

I think it is important to be friendly to your customers. Make the customer's shopping experience an enjoyable one and s(he) will patronize your business.

I always give my customers that smile. The guys, we shake hands and yab ourselves. While the ladies, I sometimes give that smile and some side hug.

Yes you need to always smile with your customers. you would be a lot friendly with them that way

Lol even when i don't want to, i try to smile or be friendly while i chat with them just so they can return another day.

My customers must somehow be friends with me as the patronize for the first time. Smiling and playing with them just comes naturally at that point.

A smile can warm a heart and the more to do it if having a business. The customers will feel at ease and important. When I'm at my milk tea business I do smile and talk to some customers.
