A co fashion designer had to come meet me today to help her complete some of her orders. She had obviously accepted more orders that she can deliver and she is already choked.
Do you take as many orders or you turn down some orders when your capacity is full?
That's the problem with most entrepreneurs. They want to take all the orders regardless of if they can deliver or not. It is a greed thing and they might end up disappointing heavily.
I am a freelancer offering translation service. I don't take orders when my capacity if full. I do not want to miss the deadline and disappoint the customer.
I do not accept every order, especially if I know I won't be able to complete them. I work as a freelancer online, and there are times when I have my hands full. I do not want to compromise the quality of my work, so I only take on what I know I can handle.
