If you wish to get good sleep at night, do you take any additional supplement or eat specific types of food ? If yes, what kind of supplements do you take and do you purchase them online or offline?
 
I don't need any supplement or any type of food to have a better sleep, am addicted to sleeping and if I could take any supplement that would be on how to reduce the way I sleep, because at times it's usually cause me to be late in almost everything I need to do.
 
No, I do not take any supplements for sleep. I am taking a lot of medicines already. They can harm my kidneys eventually. So, I'd just stick to my maintenance medicines for now.
Can you share which type of supplements or medicines you are taking. Do you have any kind of health problem due to which you have to take medicines daily?
