Do you take calls even when you are angry?

For me l have a feeling that l can't withstand making a professional call while l am very angry. When provoked l can't think critically and that is not good for talking to the phone when being called.

Indeed, not good receiving a call when you're not in the right mood. You will be misunderstood by the caller or may be having a heated argument should the tone of your voice isn't toned down.

yeah but it if it is important call you need to take a deep breath I do not get very angry often but when I do I try to not hurt somebody

I am rarely angry and and I also do not get many phone calls. I feel that people who get angry and shout should control their temper and deal with problems better.

It's a big NO for me. I turn on the airplane mood whenever I get angry or in a bad mood. I don't even want to talk to anyone and would rather be alone.

It is not good to receive a call when you are not in the mood. The caller might be affected especially if he or she is too sensitive. Better put off the celfon and relax your mood.

I do pick my calls even if am not in the right mood. I always maintain my composure and calmness. I don't allow my mood affect my overall wellbeing. Naturally, i know how to manage stress and pressure.
