The common ideas, assumptions, attitudes, actions, and customs that guide a firm's operations are referred to as its company culture. Think of them as the unspoken laws that direct behavior and decision-making. A company's fate may be entirely determined by it.
Do you think it's critical to consider corporate culture? If so, what steps can businesses take to prevent a toxic workplace environment?
 
Yes culture does matters and plays a major role as well on how the employees would work and operate. It would also have an effect on their customers as well
 
it is very important to note that one's culture needs to be respected especially if in the workplace there are other workers not the same culture as yours like Muslims, Tagalogs, and others. And for the workplace itself, know the culture if they allow workers to discuss about religion.
