Do you think autonomous cars are safe and efficient?

Autonomous cars are a work in progress. They are not fail proof but they have greatly improved over time. I would rather just assist the system than hand over driving entirely to it.
Stili it can't predict all possible situations, especially class 2 or 3. When it come to 4 or 5 and most cars is on that level, then it will be safe in 90% cases.
